How to Claim Tax Back

Taxpal is a registered Tax Agent with the Revenue Commissioners of Ireland and can reclaim any overpaid tax, health levies, income levies and unclaimed expenses on behalf of our clients. Average tax refunds are €820 per applicant. By completing our simple three step process you could receive a refund from the revenue commissioners too.

Step 1: Complete the personalised application questionnaire online or by phone
Step 2: Read and sign the revenue declaration and the terms & conditions
Step 3: Return signed documents, along with P60 & income levy statement for 2009.

Once we receive all the documentation from you we will submit your tax refund application to the revenue commissioners. The revenue will then process your application and send you your refund, at this point we will send you our bill (see Taxpal Fees for details). Throughout the process you can login to your personal account and monitor the progress of your application
